oh mann. i'm like... arghhhh. let me relate the whole timeline competition. went there at around 3 30. waited for half an hour until we could go into the lecture theatre. the supposedly chairman of the whole competition was speaking in a voice that i would not have guessed would come from a debate or current affairs person. opened up the quiz booklet and the questions stumped me. really. some of them were grammatically wrong, or the dates in the mcq were entirely wrong or they gave questions that i dont give a damn about.examples:when did the bukit ho swee fire broke out? uh huh. Paya Labar. interesting to have our school called Paya Labar huh? or when is Tiger Woods Birthday? Who the hell knows man?! like what the... its just as good as saying When is Samantha See's birthday? How many stories did the macdonald building have? anybody that knows pls tell me. Who invented the car? Who cares as long as i HAVE a car.When did Singapore join the United Nations? now that freaking confused me. cause i KNEW it was 1965. But the 4 choices that they gave was all in the 1950's. like HUH?!!! When is Lee Kwan Yew's Birthday? go ask him.When was Raffles born? ....When was the First WTO?Which is the biggest city is Madagascar?wahhhhh. anybody that can answer all this qns pls tell me. thank you.Saw Priscilla Su at the 'competition' also. her team got into the finals. so did our Junior team. All the way PL!!! At least now i can concentrate on JG's.today's chem class was exasperating. not the lesson i mean. the people behind me. *laughs* wan ling whispered to me. 'Sam. You know how to play black magic?' i was like huh?! in my mind i was thinking BLACK MAGIC? ITS WITCHCRAFT!!! ahaha... so zoey and wan ling did it during chem, social studies and after school others were doing it to me while i was trying to figure out how exactly did they do it. other than that a lot of lame stuff also came up which is not worth typing down hahaha.the debate trainings are in a mess. hopefully SOME people will turn up tmr and most probably we'll receive the JG's motion tmr at 4 as well. ahhh!i want to know who we are up against. bleh chinese test to piaaa for. oh wells
