Tuesday, October 30, 2007 training today was tiring but fun. 3km paddling, 3 sets of 300m and a set of 500m. Whoosh. And it was all competition against the guys. Oh boohoo that i was pretty far behind them but soon soon i'll catch up one day. By the end of the year i shall!

Lunched with Gracia at Vivo and we went around window shopping until we bumped into a bunch of SA people. Sniggers.


ohhhh wednesdays, thursdays and fridays are such fiends.

Monday, October 29, 2007 Swimming in the morning,and a 2 hour lecture.Bus-ed down to Gracia's house where I played catching and was imprisoned by a 4-year-old, hid under Andrew's table and blanket with our handphones as torchlight, blew bubbles on the front porch until it got all soapy and Issac wanted to wash the floor but ended up spraying both Gracia and I, baked cookies with flour all over our shirts and faces and blobbed squishy dough on the mat.

A perfect start to the week. :)

Sunday, October 28, 2007 I forgot what I'd wanted to post. :/

The messy week's finally over. Its time to settle down and start on our projects again. Its time for Samsee to wake up and smell my socks and stop dreaming of paddling everyday. I have a great project group and I know that we can do it together with God's help! :) My subject teachers are cool. F&B lecturer is from Canada, French tutor Canadian who speaks scary french, a true blue, handsome, imported from France Lecturer and a ShangHai born,NewYorker almost-got-kill-in-911-tutor for Comms Skills. I wonder how cool are the rest of my tutors. :D

If it's the Lord instructions, I'll obey it and take up the other 2 girls that i've already volunteered to do so. Having 2 groups doesnt seem like the easiest task available right now but what the Lord wants i'll follow. Poof. 2 bs groups.In my 1st year. You'll help me wont you Lord? Oh yes I know you will.

A number of surprises this week from my friends. And J, you probably wont read this but yea...theres not much that i can exactly say. Only, cry your heart out to God. If he isnt the one then im sure God has an even greater guy for you.

Friday, October 26, 2007 Its just so amazing to learn more and more about the works of the Lord and how we can be set free and healed through Him. its been a great and refreshing 2 days of worship and class, something that I'd wish I would be able to get weekly. But all in God's timing..pray pray pray. I had time to talk quite a bit with a friend as well during the course of today's class and I guess its encouraging for me to know that I have a sister in Christ who shares the same views and values that I have.

Being able to meet the same people like Grace and Michelle again has reminded me of how loving this people are. The whole ministry, the pastors, the counsellers, speakers, everyone here seems to be working on the basis of love and God which can really be felt and seen thru their actions and words.

Being able to worship with th body of Christ who has no reservations and is all out to praise the Lord is truly something that I've been hungry for. To be soaked in the presence of the Lord, to feel his love and to be joyful, smiling and lifting his name. Oh I pray for the day that all our youngsters are so passionate to worship God.

Learning the truth and how we can avoid pitfalls has been most enlightening and food for the spirit. understanding more of what has been taught before and knowing how to walk the Christian life has never been so exciting. Frankly, i feel as if i've gone away from these 2 days learning a whole lot more than an entire term of sundays.

I've given my promise and i'll keep it. Till the day comes. :)

Wednesday, October 24, 2007 Everythings so messy now its got my hair up in a friz. confusing timetables which im trying to rearrange,lecture notes to print and purchase, project groups to find, new classmates to know, horrible training times in the middle of school. Ahhhhh. God help.
Right now, I just need to sit down and drink some coffee. :)

Yea right. *smirks* what uniform? im going to school tomorrow in shirt and shorts. and a small pouch for my wallet. hahaha. oh why am i laughing when my schools starting and everyone elses semester is ending? its not that i dislike school. i dislike the arrangement of the school terms thats all.

Retreat planning today was not too bad. Pikachuism wont be added though. haha. or maybe Kittism. Who knows.

I's gots a bruise ons my chin. Someone beaten mes up. Everyone kept on telling me that i had ink or something haha. Its a blueblack not an ink stain guys. haha.

Oh wells. When its all been said and done, and theres just one thing that matter...

Friday, October 19, 2007 Sometimes being silent is enough for me. you dont have to keep talking to know each other but spending time together with that person, be it yur friend or family, is all that matters.


The world's too small for my liking. Ok correct that. Singapore's too small for my liking. It seems that everybody knows everyone else. *scoffs*

Maybe if i try to paddle forever and ever and ever I wont be disturbed by mood swings and irritating people who had no intention of irritating or pissing me but succeeded in doing so.


I'm sorry that this is such a dumb blonde no brain post. Its just me spilling out whatever's on my mind. At times i dont know why i bother to understand people. *rollseyes*and i find myself frowning.

Sunday, October 07, 2007 It has been fun fun fun in the sun sun sun! Quoted from HSM2. I finally got to train on K1 on thursday and i didnt allow the Dragonboaters to capsize me with their smelly boat! yay! They kept on turning around after passing me to check if i capped but i just smiled sweetly at them and continued skulling. haha.

Saturday was Sports Club sub-comm camp. Laser Tag was THE BOMB. 3 hours of dashing around madly in Engine school, shooting each other and trying to find other teams flags to steal. Hiding behind pillars, bushes and tree trunks. I loved every second of it. And something even better, the company that provided us with the fun is based at Kovan CC, opp heartland mall. Wheeehooo. ChurchMaties! We're going down next sunday! :D

Thousand of meetings, BS and rubbishing today with my dear church friends. Ok maybe not thousands. 2. And we got so lazy during the meetings that we called 2410241 for pizza instead of going to COCO. I had to run all over the church to get the postal code while the person was on the line, and the delivery man played hide and seek with me. I couldnt find him and i wanted the pizza. haha. Until Jacob brought him to the 2nd level.

Andrew and Gracia came over to my house to slack, but it turned out to be a jamming session. Total coolness. What with my acoustic, plugged in electric to the amp, electric drum set and piano, all of us had a blast jamming to whatever songs that came to mind or from what i had in my song file.

So fun so fun. Tomorrow is training all over again. Yayyyy. :D i wanna swim sooooon.

Wednesday, October 03, 2007 So. The past week has been pretty up and downy for me. Last thurs was spent out wth my mom. We went for the Isetan private sale. *smilesss* dont you just love the word 'sale'. haha. It was pandemonium i must say. All the aunties everywhere. haha. grabbing every Guess? bag in sight. Oh me oh my.

Saturday was PL Fun fair dayyyy. I got to hang out with my girlfriends again and after spending our tickets we went down to Yee Ling's house to waste the time away. Well...ok. Ony me. The rest were busy studying for their promos. hahaha. And i was watching videos on YouTube. lol.

And yes. Oct 1. Im happy for you neighbour. The donuts were worth the queue that time. You are happy now. and Im happy for you. :)

Sigh. Sometimes i wonder and wonder and wonder.

Monday, October 01, 2007 Boo. Watching chickflicks, Barbie and trying to fly a kite from my room window really helps in keeping my spirits up. Was feeling really Bleargh this morning all thru training. I didnt even bother to shower before heading home.
