Wednesday, July 09, 2008 600 post! Whoaaa. :)

So its finalised. We're moving. Probably around Nov or Dec. Exciting exciting!
Gosh, so much movement this year. Moving church, move house, move school(for a semester). Just when I was beginning to settle down in Sentosa and fully appreciate what it has to offer, I've got to pack my bags and leave within a month or so. Oh wells. To make full use of the time now.

So I ended class today at 11am and stayed at the academy until 6 for a half hour briefing regarding the F1 race this September. Blergh. Smelly Kelly Services cheated my feelings. But LRM was totally happening today! Basketball, soccer and volleyball for 3 hours +. Awesome coursemates! Playing under the scorching sun which turned into a light drizzle. Running around like some lost chicken blocking Gina barefooted has left me with blisters. My bad.

I've forgotten the feeling of falling in love with basketball. The silent ball, air ball, rebounds, screenings, trying to break each others 3 pointers. The thrill of playing full court and switching from defense to offence. Ohhhh I miss it. The calling out cos you're wide open, crazy laughter at the park...buying litres and litres of water from the nearby mama shop. NOSTALGIA. :)

Osim triathlon coming Saturday. 200m open sea. No problemo. Only that I dont know what to expect. haha. Like I dont even know the course of the whole event. Run where, swim where, bike where. Goodie bags are being delivered by our delivery man tomorrow. Thank You Mr Coach aka Delivery Man :D. But sometimes i just feel that his heart is a little too kind to certain people who dont deserve to be given a second chance. I think only chrys and gwen knows who and what im talking about. =/

Max says in due time he'll be booted out again. I do hope so. You cant imagine my horror when I stepped out from accounting tutorial to be greeted by a scene from your worst nightmare. The person standing right before me...*shakes head* I've given him enough chance and benefit of the doubt yet time and time again this *holy shit* as coach likes to say, proves me wrong with all his load of crap. Its alright Sam, justice will be served soon. Well soon enough for me I hope.

Leisure and Recreation report submission next wednesday 12pm. Oh hohohoho. lets pray that we can get it done by friday and then do the final editing over the weekend even though we do have to study for the nasty accounting test on Tuesday. After that we're left with Attractions and BESE reports and we're all set for semestral exams.

Gosh, Lord time is passing so so quickly that its scaryyy. Just yesterday I was a freshie attending FOW and next semester I'll be applying for internship.

Following saturday and sunday will be National Canoeing Championships. Am I ready? 10km. I expect the best from myself for that race. Not holding much onto 200m. Giving it all for the 10km. Yes Sam! You go girl! :D. haha

I do apologise for the randomness of this particular post. Jumping from topic to topic but Im just typing whatever comes to mind. Moving on, this semester's class has been awesome. Gina, Naz, Clair, Wee Chew, PRINCE Lay(HAH), Amanda and the rest. :D Though we only have 2 more months with each other but yes, im really glad that we got to bond so quickly and settle down fast. What with volleyball outings at Palawan and Lunch @ Seah Im you all got me totally loving the life at TAS. Of course being able to make new friends out of class as well further made my days much sunnier on the already sunny island. Edwin, Yolande, Max and of course all the other coursemates. Hi bye is better than ignoring your fellow diploma/future colleagues aye? :D
