Work's been fun fun fun!
I love talking to the tourists and little kids that get so facinated by the night safari model we have in the centre.
Its egg-citing to be able to plan out other people's itineraries, encouraging them to go to EVERYWHERE! hahaha. and see the disappointment on their faces when they say that they do not have enough time to cover Singapore. Then I'll always tell them...Extend your stay! Ahaha.
I'm so proud of myself. I can actually provide information to China tourists. :D In chinese! WITH a lil bitty bit of english. hahaha.
We've had tourists that come and ask/tell us:
Where to buy guns,
If there are telecopes for guns
where to get swimming pool lights... =.=
Of course there are those that make my day.
Tourists that tell me that I've done an awesome job and that I'm good(though i've only been on the job for 3 days!)
Those that write in the feedback form that I've given them everything they wanted and excellent service. These are the people that keep me running for each and every 9 hour shift per day. :):)
plus one Mister from Bombay that still has me laughing when I think of him.
" MY WIFE THINKS IM CRAZY" hahahaha. For coming to Singapore so often for holiday. Hahaha. He claims that Singapore is the best in the world and congratulated me in having such a fine country. I didn't know what else to say but...uhhh Thanks?
Apart from that, I met Samuel for lunch lunch lunch today! Sadly though it was a relatively rush lunch since I only had a 1 hour break. But it was good to meet up with him. :D Whos the next one for lunch?! Aileeeeeeeeen!!!!Deb!!!Joyce!!!Matt!!! Matt promised to meet me in his uniform. haha hes so proud of it.
